- He weighs 12 pounds 9 ounces (a gain of just under 2 pounds since last month)
- He measures 23 3/4 inches long (one inch longer than last month)
- He smiles a lot and recognizes Mommy, Daddy and big sister, Laura Anne
- He's very alert, and makes eye contact very well
- He sleeps in his crib all night, waking up once or twice to eat
- He still struggles with congestion at night, which the doctor said might be reflux. If the symptoms don't go away in 3-4 weeks, the doctor is going to look into medicine for reflux
- He only likes one type of pacifier, but only wants it during the day. At night he sleeps without one
- He continues to gain strength in his neck and loves to be on his tummy. He has almost rolled himself over a couple times!
- His hair thinned out on top, but I think it stopped falling out.
- He's about to take his first trip to Florida!
We are leaving tomorrow for a week and a half. My brother and Chris' niece will be graduating from high school next weekend. That means the kids will get to see extended family, too! Caleb will get to meet my grandfather for whom he is named after! It will be special.
So I guess we'll catch up when we return! I hope everyone had a great Memorial Day holiday.
