I recently came across a photography blog and I have fallen in love with it! Monica over at Pixel Perfect is so talented and I love reading her blog. Not to mention she has a totally cool blog hop on Thursday's that I am going to try to participate in!

So here it is! My first entry for the Before & After blog hop! Don't forget to check out Pixel Perfect to see other entries for this hop also. You'll be inspired, I know it!

Ooey Gooey White Stuff

We tried a hands-on (hehe) craft last week. I have no idea what the stuff is called but it's stinkin' cool.
Really. And although it looks messy, it was really simple to clean up.
You have to try this to appreciate its coolness. And my children seriously enjoyed it.
See?

All you need to try this at home is 1 cup of cornstarch and 1/2 cup of water. Mix it together and let the kids dig in! It's sure to occupy at least 30 minutes of your day! ;)

Take Me Out To The Ballgame

Back in April, Chris won 4 tickets to a Tampa Bay Rays baseball game!

We love baseball!
We had special seats, reserved just for us.
The kids enjoyed blue cotton candy.
Okay, I did too.
And after a very exciting 8th inning, our team won!!
We got free pizza because of their win! A win, win if you ask me! Ha!

Out With The Old...

And in with the new(ish)!!
Praise God! Our last big purchase to prepare for the arrival of our 3rd little babe has been made! You know that saying, "God is in the details"? Well, He certainly is. He made it evident that this was the time and vehicle. So we are enjoying our new-to-us Toyota Sienna. The kids are loving it, especially Laura Anne who is ecstatic to have the back seat all to herself.

I, of course, am making excuses to go somewhere every day! Wink, wink.

His First

First black eye, that is.At least I think it's his first.
Anyway, last week, Caleb was tossing a toy car in the air and it came down right on his face. And voila! A black eye. I say "smile, Caleb" and he gives me this look:
The little knucklehead. I'm sure it's the first of many black eyes.
